For God Sake, this fish is not called NEMO. It is a clown fish.
Scientific name = (Amphiprion clarkii)
Family: Pomacentridae

Do clownfish really live in sea anemone?

Yes, clownfish do live among the tentacles of sea anemonesThe anemone would normally sting and eat most fish that stray into its tentacles. However, the clownfish has a special mucous coating that prevents it from getting stung. The anemone provides shelter and protection to the clownfish. In return, the clownfish helps defend the anemone from other fish that might pick at its tentacles for food or otherwise cause it harm.

This fish is not called DORY either. It's a blue tang fish.
Scientific name = (Acanthurus coeruleus)
Family: Acanthuridae

Dory, the blue tang that accompanies Marlin on the search for Nemo, is short-term memory challenged. Do fish have memories?

There certainly have been studies that demonstrate that fish can learn new behaviors (e.g. feeding techniques), and they seem to remember those behaviors. I don't know if anyone has tested whether fish remember distinct events, although I would imagine that they would have some capacity for this.

10/10 Adults and children standing in front of the cylinder aquarium screaming NEMO NEMO. I wonder Nemo is alive or just a TV animation. Since when our scientist has discovered a new name for Clownfish. If yes, I need to reattend my biology class.

Sarawak Musuem --> 2 storey musuem. Nothing much to see.
I rather prefer something that can move. (eg. Underwater World)

Sarawak Cultural Village - The best in the whole trip.
A lake in the middle and surrounded by 7 types of houses.
- Rumah Bidayuh, Penan, Orang Ulu, Melanau, Iban, Malay and
Chinese
Inclusive of cultural show after the visit of the 7 houses.

This Orang Utan Rehabilitation is a totally waste of money.
Going to and return from the wildlife centre = RM 1 per trip by
van. Only can see 4 Orang Utan, 2 adults and 2 baby Orang Utan.
Totally not worth it.

This is some of my pics that I took during my visit to Cat City (Kuching), Sarawak on 13-15th August 2005. If this was not a company trip I definately won't set my foot on East Malaysia. And this is my first experience in Sarawak.
